Training and GRN University
For every new owner, GRN delivers a specialized three week - two week - one-on-one (3-2-1:1) training system.
We start with a three-week initial training course at our International Learning Center, which thoroughly covers the GRN process, including best practices, administrative and operating aspects. Two additional weeks of training will take place in your local office. During this time, we focus with managers and consultants on the most prosperous, profitable ways your office can function. Finally, we’ll concentrate on providing one-on-one training with each member of your team to maximize performance and growth.
Your training doesn’t end at startup. The GRN Business Development Management (BDM) team provides constant support to help you reach your goals. With over 180 years of experience in all phases of the business, the BDM team works hands-on with owners and their staff. Utilizing the GRN University, Certification programs, Interactive video conferencing, local office visits and specialty forums designed to constantly nurture your staff, your clients and candidates will continually recognize the value in your service.

At GRN, we don't copy or depend on ground-breaking technology to make placements. We're the people who created it.
